Indian down! by maggiemae

Indian down!

We travelled in Tail End Charlie on this 140km rally of the Indian bikes around Wellington. Every now and then we would stop as there was a bike that wouldn't start, a bike that had got a flat tyre or other various ailments.

Three good things:
1. I decided Wellington was a fabulous place. Of course the weather was perfect which helped.
2. Meeting up with my niece and her family at the display of bikes next to Te Papa Museum which is a magnificent place.
3. Another meet up with another older sister who lived nearby. How come she can do a 4 hour walk and I can't! Not fair!
Oh no, but I like it's plate!!

Lovely shot of a lovely bike! We lived in Wellington for some years, and it is a great city - you almost need to live there to fully appreciate it.

He's proud of being Indian and why shouldn't he. love the license plates. we had one and had to replace it, it was coming apart. it read BDJT and a number after that. we called it Bad Joint. Wellington sounds like a nice place.

Cool shot with so many things going on.....how come that guy has his wallet down on the ground? Everybody's got their thing that they do....for some it is walking for hours on end, for some it's running, for us it is going out to get that good shot!! To each their own... :-))
