Downtown in the car waiting for John who was taking back a hard drive that he’d paid for but only worked on PC’x, I saw this little classic go past! Followed it down to the Harbour where it was parked, no owner was around.
Three good things:
1. John water blasted himself and the deck at the same time!
2. I got rid of an awful notice above the car - DANGER… DO NOT ENTER..etc
3. Bread sauce from Jamie Oliver - with a whole nutmeg (bought in Penang in 1994) a bayleaf and whole cloves which I actually had!
Beautiful car......I would love one like that! Another talk of bread sauce...I think I must be missing out somewhere , I have never tasted bread sauce even with a twenty old nutmeg
i see the car and right away i said to myself "maggiemae's" and indeed it was your photograph. perhaps i am now familiar with how you process your photos - it has become your style. beautiful car, but probably not petrol efficient. the processing made it more look elegant. superb!
@happypat We always had bread sauce with poultry, Pat - heat milk with herbs then put in breadcrumbs and chopped onions and cook over low heat for 1/2hr then add butter and cream to taste!
