Outside my window is this tiny climbing rose and as I prune it regularly, more and more buds appear. This one is just at the right stage.
Looks good on the black.
Three good things:
1. I did photograph the full moon at last but it seems uninteresting all by itself! I would have preferred a tropical isle and a palm tree with it too!
2. My stitches got pulled out (ouch) today. The spot was cancerous but it was all out.
3. We got some good rain today but some areas in NZ suffered flooding.
You must look after this rose to have it till flowering - well done on the rose and the processing. Glad #2 is ok for you - I am off for another excision in April - not much fun whilst waiting though.
It's gorgeous! I would LOVE to smell it. I love roses. My hometown is known for it's rose gardens. Once upon a time there were stands all around town for $1 a dozen. And so glad it's all gone...that couldn't have been fun at all.
2. I am sorry for you
3. The balance of rain and sun is always hard to get, eh.
#2. Happy to hear that it's all out.
#2. That's good news!
I love the effect the texture from the processing has given this image. It's a beautiful portrait of the rose.
