I didn’t want to miss this challenge as NZ has as much to offer as all the other countries around the world. But we are proud of the wide and beautiful beaches, uncluttered with people, a huge coastline with many different geographic and weather systems, whatever interest you have - motorbike races on the sand, yachting, skiing, a NZ wide biking trail, etc, its covered! Beauty and diversity.
Three good things:
1. Good to go over my photos and delete hundreds while looking for a good NZ shot.
2. Pulled out all our old strawberry plants and got a haul of snails and potatoes (3.5kilos actually)
3. Pancakes for breakfast but no maple syrup so apple yoghurt made a good substitute!
@maggiemae He loved to use the phrase "higgledee-piggledee" and everyone thought it such an odd phrase! But I being on of the (a-hem) older students knew exactly what it meant!
