The Pollinator

Dashed out to get a photo for a 365 query and found a bumble bee bumbling about. In this shot he’s disappearing stage left in the top corner! These rhododendrons are the first to appear and the yellow colour is a delight!

Three good things:
1. I love it when a 365’er perseveres to find out new ideas.
2. I feel so much better - slept for about 11 hours last night!
3. a video done somehow live from our son in Canada showed the young lady meeting her 1st year’s challenge. It was supposed to be something common now - a ‘cake smash” Cant believe they are teaching children to ruin creations! However our dear granddaughter wouldn’t put her fist into the beautifully made cake and fished out little titbits with her finger! Go Sabrina!
Oh so lovely fav

Wise girl, she has her head screwed on the right way even at her young age! You must have been worn out, take time to get back on track. Lovely sunshiny picture!

What a stupid trend - smashing cakes on birthday Pat @happypat ! Almost as bad as trashing wedding dresses! I think it was lack of sleep and not much exercise too. Will get all the good stuff now - beautiful weather here!

Nice splash of colour. Glad to hear you are feeling better, a good long sleep can work wonders. I don't "get" No. 3 - must be getting old lol

@adayinmallacoota I don't get it either Belinda! Apparently its the thing to do on birthdays now - make a cake then smash it!
September 3rd, 2016
@maggiemae I must admit I had to google it - I think it is just encouraging bad manners! And now I really do sound old!!!

Smashing up cake - that is criminal, surely?!
