It rained in the night and I was worried about getting the caravan out of the wet grass but there was no problem. This is a little ridge overlooking the mighty Clutha River at Roxburgh. It was beautiful weather.
Three good things:
1. Scrambled Eggs at the cafe "The Moth' for breakfast.
2. A box of fresh cherries.
3. Thingie is a good word!
Oh lucky you .. the box of fresh Central Cherries... bet they were alot cheaper than what they will be in the Supermarkets up here in the next few weeks.. looks like a great spot..
Aaw ! such a wonderful spot -- I feel quite envious , -- the scenery , those craggy hills , warmth and sunshine . Glad you got off the last site Ok -- no chance of getting bogged in on this gravelled site . Lovely capture and edit ! FAV
@olivetreeann The HDR look shows up the craggy bits on the mountains so well, Ann. Yes we like this satellite dish - it seeks out the signal by itself! Rather smart!
@adayinmallacoota Thanks Belinda - we never know where is going to be good to put our wheels down - have to make quick decisions! This proved to be wonderful! There are a lot of South American people around here sleeping in their cars! I think they are fruit pickers!
