I said in yesterday’s, Three Good Things, that I made ‘sausage’ rolls. These are them - made not from sausage meat but a mince of chicken, ham and garlic and onions. Added one egg and some numeric and a pinch of chilli.
I think I should have added 2 pinches.
Three good things - today..
1. Beautiful sun all day - probably got a tan sitting out in it!
2. Ironed the top of the sheets after washing - I don’t normally do this!
3. Finished my book - Spanish Civil War featured which was just awful!
Well they look delicious! I rather fancy making them myself! Ironing the top of your sheets, well l had to laugh at that! They will look like beautifully ironed Ines until you look down the bed! I don't think I would get away with that for B&B though! I really fav part Jed buying some linen bedding the other day, I know linen is so comfy, cool in summer & warm in winter. They would be a nightmare fir creases though! The only thing that put me off was the co,our, dark grey, they had single ones in a paler grey which were nicer.
They look delicious, Maggie. Yesterday I checked my weight after many weeks and was disappointed to find that I had put on two extra kg. I have promised myself to go for an extra walk in the evening beside the one I take in the morning and to be careful about what I eat. Hope it will work.
@sangwann Sausage rolls are one of my favourites, Dione but I regulate myself to only have one about every 2 months! Watching food will help weight loss but not extra exercise. The latter will just make you feel healthier and thats good!
