Let loose in the City of Ottawa where I decided some things were too exotic, too expensive, and besides that, wouldn’t fit me!
After lunch in a bar with a spiced rum which was so good I had two……. we bought some gifts and waited for our uber to find us. While we waited, this dear little miniature pony was being exercised right in front of us.
Three good things:
1. He was very spirited and wanted to do far more than walk around in a circle and I tried to get his great hackney type gait.
2. I’m so surprised at the number of dogs that are kept here - this apartment block caters for them all - a dog park, dog walking service etc. We constantly share the lift with a well behaved dog!
3. Cut my hair short and cut my nails too - they were getting so long, my fingers slipped off the keys when I was typing.
I think dogs as pets are more common in other countries than in NZ maggie, I always think NZ is very sensible about dog ownership & not encouraged to walk into towns!
The choice of silver affixed to process this shot was perfect it draws our focus to the little horse. It sounds as if you were having a wonderful time but maybe that's the rum! I hope we are going to get it to see a picture of the short hair and even maybe the nails.
