I can’t quite believe what I’ve managed to catch here! Its full moon, it went behind a big black cloud and because we were camped in this position I got water reflections too.

I was ‘official' photographer for this friend’s 80th birthday and pulled in all I had learnt from others with party …etc…people!
Got some good photos but they need cropping and enhancing but the hostess doesn’t know how to do this so I just gave her the photo stick.
Three good things:
1 Its Guy Fawkes night tonight and we feel sad that that people spend huge amounts with little reward.
2 A lovely day spent with new friends and some great photos.
3. Getting away in our motor caravan to sit somewhere, get this sort of photo.!
Superb lkghting..as you know, my first reaction was "oh wow" and with all the amazing shots on this site, that really says something....really like how you included those bits in the foreground, very subtle added value to this beautiful shot.
I agree re fireworks but remember with pleasure my own youth & the excitement of treacle toffee, woodsmoke, warm fronts, cold backs & a boy I fancied! Can't deny the youth of today now we have more sense! On black I could be there!
I was surprised to read that you have Guy Fawkes night there, I thought it was only in the UK!
