My life is a bit subdued because of continued pain - tooth problem but it does make me aware of what others go through.
Today an old fountain built in 1912 from beautiful Italian marble was imported, but failed in the ’90’’s. It stood silent and dry until the local council thought it would be good to fix. Lots of fund raising and hard work brought this wonderful creation back to life today!
There were sandwiches, tea and cakes and a musical quartet to go with this event!
Three Good Things:
1.Sometimes I have no pain and its so good to recognise.
2. Sometimes Facebook gives great pleasure - performances, recipes and news items.
3. Sometimes you have to show vulnerability in order to get support.
I like the Columbines (I think) in the foreground with the fountain and people blurred in the background- very pretty framing. It looks beautiful and I'm sure we're going to see more of it in your project. I hope your tooth improves soon too. Pain is bad enough but when it's in your mouth it seems twice as bad.
@happypat I can eat anything, Pat - no sensitive teeth at all. A bit of a mystery. And the toad in the hole (inspired by yours) was absolutely delicious - hot or cold! I didn't take a photo.

Hope you can get your tooth fixed before Christmas.
I hope that you are feeling better soon and the pain is gone for good!
Like the shallow dof you've used here.
Wonderful dof & a lively colourful celebration!
