Down the road wee bit further and we are at Daughter’s (Step) place. Its a new house and almost finished. There is a large pond where dragonflies abound and ducks quack all the time! This is a picture taken from a small rise above the pond looking towards the house.

I thought I had missed your photo today but here you are! These modern NZ houses are so stylish & I love the space you have to spread out. Good you're able to be with family for your Easter dinner. Strangely that looks like snow but I'm sure it can't be can it. I can see the pond but the oath looks covered in snow.
@happypat Its actually broken shells, Pat - quite white so you are excused for your snow scene comment! They have a huge larder too like your daughters. I don't so have to keep everything clean and tidy out in the kitchen!
