Nothing glamorous.. by maggiemae

Nothing glamorous..

unless you like new potatoes! John grew these in a tyre we had and they may be just a bit too big to have that new potato taste but its real food!
Three Good Things;
1. About to take the next journey first thing in the morning in our motorhome - posting early.
2. I've got mint growing now which is compulsory with new potatoes.
3. Made yet another list!
I'm impressed! I think it would be fun to grow and eat our own potatoes!

I think of potatoes and butter and chives. Fun to grow your own food and probably safer too! Have fun on your trip tomorrow, Maggiemae! :)

@onewing Actually Babs - they are too "old" - no 'new' flavour or texture! But being so fresh, of course they are nice!

@summerfield Yes definitely organic! But I don't know that I feel any taste difference between organic and the other variety!
