Our beautiful Park camp is part of a working farm as evident here in the late evening. Seen from our doorway!
Three Good Things:
1. Some great heritage buildings here as well as huge trees - over 100 years old and so strong. Also a treasure of rhododendrons, not out at this time.
2. I brought my bike along this time - Ruby,my electric bike was so excited to come she just about fell off her bike rack.
3. We parked right beside a babbling brook which babbled all night long! Heaven!
Your campsite sounds like a beautiful place. How entertaining for you have sheepherding to watch in the evening. It’s a terrific photo of them, but when did they start using motorcycles for that!?
Cathy our daughter is on holiday in Scotland & four of them have been cycling today. They hired one electric bike & the girls shared it! Cathy said ‘this is the way to go mum’ electric bikes are the thing! Lovely seeing all those sheep. Fave.
@happypat Its so easy - up hills, against the wind - though John damaged the bike support when he backed into a bank! Bike is recovering from the shock!
