I’m afraid this is another sunset photo. Our home faces west and not the street as was normal in the 1940’s to 1960’S. I can’t avoid seeing the brilliance of the sky!
Three Good Things:
1. Getting back to normal and wanting to see what’s happening on 365.
2. Did scrambled eggs on the sous vide cooking system - took a while but so tender yet held its shape!
3. Felt like a piece of chocolate after dinner but told myself, NO!
Well you have more will power than me...I can’t understand why I’m always hungry...I think my tummy has got used to being full all the time, I used to go fir hours without wanting food! Your sunset is lovely...a treat on a winters night. Stay cosy inside with the patient!
@happypat Travel is ok to blast out- part of the experience! When we eventually go on our trip to Aussie, I will not be on a diet. But I will be able to get into some clothes!
@maggiemae Ha ! I do understand !! Re my Polymyalgia - had a flair-up in 2011 - hospitalised for a few weeks while they diagnosed was put on steroids - high dosage with gradual lowering of the dose over the years - also due to the severity was put on a medication Methotrexate ( a grey area drug ) which caused so much trouble re my red blood cells being abnormally enlarged hence feeling SO tired all the time and no energy ! Was taken off the Methotrexate beg of last Dec but still on steroids and pain killers (a slightly higher dose of Steroids since I came off the Methotrexate !) time for bed - good night ! xx
@golftragic We were coming at this time, Marnie - now it depends on the healing process of John's old skin. We had booked the Ghan Adelaide to Darwin, Perth then Indian Pacific to Sydney after which a train to Brisbane. Two daughters Perth and Brisbane. (that's not their names btw)
Why is denying yourself chocolate a good thing???
