Not what Intended as a result but I had fun trying. There were supposed to be rainbows everywhere -draped round my neck, above and beyond but never mind! I'm the only model I have -can't bring myself to drag someone off the street!
Three good things:
1. Glad some dreams aren’t real - I saw a strange man loitering outside the window in the middle of the night.. he was determined to get in! Good thing I woke up!
2. Leftovers to add to salad.
3. I’ve got some size 8 eggs for us to enjoy before a visit from stepdaughter who is on an egg free diet - and dairy free -and gluten free!
That’s not you maggie thank goodness but game on you for taking a photo of yourself not dressed up! You look funny! How could anyone not like eggs...you number yours for size?
@happypat I've got an old pair of glasses on, Pat! And she is told by her 'doctor" that she must cut eggs out of her diet! She can't even have wine that has been processed with egg white! Don't tell her that but I think its all rubbish! And all in the mind!
I like the feather in your cap also. Nicely processed. I sympathize with your stepdaughter, it is so hard to be gluten free and with the other things as well, you just can not eat anywhere or anything. I get extremely sick if I eat gluten, as I have Celiac Disease. It is like getting a bad case of food poisoning. And now have to use lactose free milk. There are only a few places that are safe for me to eat. Now my daughter has to eat gluten free as well . It can be hereditary, but some studies are showing that it is all the genetic manipulation and other things they do to food that are causing more and more people to have problem with food. For me and my daughter it is not a choice, for if we had a choice, we would eat the gluten.
@grannysue I know people who have Celiac Disease (trained as a dietitian) and its a lifelong challenge! I get annoyed with those who say, I feel bloated (which is normal) so they cut out gluten and then do not feel bloated but that is generally due to the fact they don't eat as much.
@maggiemae So true! People that cut out gluten without needing too really make it hard for the ones that have to due to Celiac because the general public do not think there is such a disease. I have been tested. It is certainly no fun.
I think the cap with feather makes you look rather scholarly- as if you were a botanist who studies plants and insects in a lovely garden and then meticulously documents them with her own pictures! Not sure the rainbow is necessary, but it is fun to play with post processing!
