Many Asians in this city probably touring but also living here. This was a colourful group walking on one of the paths towards the University.
To be thankful for:
Down time just sitting by the river in the warm sun, reading and watching riverboats including one containing a groom and his groomsmen to the wedding held here in the hotel.
Not so good was the disco that they had which blasted music out into the air most of the night. We were on the 9th floor and it was like we were front seats at a concert. John rang down and put in a complaint and five minutes later, the music stopped!
So elegant in their Asian dresses ! The rucksack looks so out of place with such dresses ! Nothing worse than being in a hotel where there is a party/music going on into the early hours of the morning -m good for John !!
Australian universities have lots of Asian and Indian students, they pay full fees! As for the music, we had the same experience twice in India, but the music and noise went on and on.
