Near distance

Seen from the end of our road over this line of trees. I managed to get my zoom to focus on this distance range of mountains.
Thankful for:
Gradually coming back to life after feeling very weird after an infusion of Zoledronic acid into my veins. Its supposed to make my bone cells hold hands!
Oh, your infusion sounds a little scary - I'm not surprised you were feeling weird, but glad you are feeling better today! Lovely image, and what a great view you have!

@julzmaioro Well you would know! I didn't like the idea of stuff going through my veins like chemotherapy.. but it its not the same, of course!

I have not heard of such an infusion, fascinating! WIll have to go and look it up out of interest. Nice wild shot.

Great view and light. Already reading about your surgery I felt strange. All the best.

@haskar Thanks - not exactly surgery but who wants odd stuff going into your veins! However I obeyed instructions!

Beautiful! I love the mountains in the background.

Your infusion sounds scary. Is that the same treatment as Prolia? My friend has that.

FAV. Such a beautiful view of the snowcapped mountains through the trees! Good for you to get the focus on the mountains instead of the trees!

I’m glad to hear you were coming back to life after your infusion. I’m so sorry to hear that it gave you a little setback. I hope you feel it’s worth the trouble.

That's quite a shot -- love the pinkish colors on the mountains. Hope you're getting stronger!

Glad you’re feeling better and able to venture out. Infusion generally doesn’t sound bad until you combine with veins and body 😉 A nice reward for your venture out.

Lovely scene! I like how the mountains are framed.

I hope you carry on improving, Maggie.

Pretty scenery. I hope that you feel better soon.

That’s exactly what my friend said, she felt weird! Glad you’re coming out the other side though & it helps with any bone density. It’s hard getting that you need treatments such as this. You have a great view without having to move many steps!

well I hope it is all to the good.

@onewing I think Prolia is a bit stronger than my Aclasta but does the same thing, Babs!

@grammyn I was told there was a 30% chance of hip fracture in the next 10 years, Katy - I'll be ancient then though!

@elatedpixie Infusion is what a cup of tea needs!
