Pollyanna ...or Alice....or the Faeries could be seen dancing in amongst this flower composition using this processing. Our patio looks out on to the garden and my hanging pots are at their best!'
Thankful for:
David Attenborough - I read recently - who will replace him! Reply..no-one! When I'm watching any one of his series my mouth drops open and I have to remind myself to close it!
Ha ha ... here I am again! This is a lovely 'sketch' of your garden. Totally agree with you about David Attenborough - he's fantastic. However I watched an excellent BBC documentary with photographer and naturalist Gordon Buchanan the other evening ... Cheetah Family and Me. It follows two sets of cheetah families in and around South Africa’s Tswalu Kalahari Reserve. It was superb.
@jamibann Yes, and hello, Issi! Gordon's series has great photographic brilliance but I like David's commentary. Photography is incredible and I think the program is set to music that is composed for it!
Interesting processing. I agree with you about David Attenborough. What amazes me is the respect that he commands across the whole spectrum of ages. I think he should be the one telling people to stay home, socially distance and get vaccinated here in the UK because I honestly can't think of one personality who is more widely respected.
Isn’t this a fun shot....forever summer captured in a still life. Beautiful hanging baskets & the perfect place to sit & look at your garden.
The photography & effort that goes into the Planet Earth documentaries are fascinating...I love the end bits where they show you the process of capturing the incredible shot! The cheetah one was very good too but David Attenborough commenting has the edge. Hope he goes on forever!
@happypat I'm very proud of those hanging baskets! Of course they need watering every day. Unfortunately David is human and getting old, like the Queen!
And I do agree with you about David Attenborough.
