Our eldest son. Now, after those years, he has arrived back in NZ after 30 years after leaving. With his family of Masami, and son (17) James, and daughter (14) Zoe. Safely and now in 14 days of isolation in Wellington in a very nice hotel. One wonders how one would be optimistic after 14 days in 2 rooms.
I think its going to be a good experience.

That's great news for you- safe and sound in NZ. I hope that 14 day stay in the hotel goes quickly for them. Teens are not crazy about being cooped up when they have to be. Sweet memory shot!
@ludwigsdiana Yes, Diana - Masami has got a residents visa and the others are all NZ Citizen. They have bought a house in Christchurch about 3 hours away from us.
I have been a bit absent this week so still catching up. You must be thrilled to have him home again with his family, but there will be huge changes for them.
New adventures for all his family too. I wonder where he has been living since he went away.
