Rainy day

Cold and rainy - 3degrees at 10am! But our fire was warming and it was Friday.
Pleased about:
I tried thrice cooked chips from local potatoes. It took a long time - you had to cool down the potatoes twice in the fridge but my deep fryer handled the difference in temps well. Absolutely delicious -so crisp on the outside and fluffy in the middle.
