Now, I know that's the moon but what is the star alongside? Is it a planet - like Venus... or is is the shining star Sirius? I can't find out.
Thankful for:
Experimenting with food - made a new dish - hash browns with an egg in the middle. The secret appears to be par cooking the potato.
Just showed this to David and he said the planet to the left of the moon is Venus and if you look closely there is another tiny dot to the top left of Venus and that is Mars
I would guess Venus Maggie, that’s what I always think when I see the moon & that star together here in the winter months. I’m not that good on stars but I think they are a fascinating subject. Lovely wintery capture!
perfect for a Christmas card
