Pikelets, recipe from

the famous Edmonds book! They are excellent and just right - except for their geometrically challenged shape! I didn't have raspberry jam, just plum but that was OK and the cream was 'sour cream'. Divine

They look yummy. I'd never heard of the term pickelet before so looked it up. I would equate them to what I know as crumpets.
