Nicely done - 2 hours sounds like a lot for a baked potato. I give it an hour without foil and that usually gives a lovely crisp jacket and creamy insides. But I goes it dues depend on the size of the potato.
Must try those potatoes.
I never bake potatoes anymore. I always put them in the microwave They cook so much faster but I do confess the jacket is not crunchy.
