at an earlier time, there is more incentive to get some night photography going! Outside on the lawn in my slippers, I took this shot of our house all nicely lit up!

Bought a hamper of meat using our hot points and included in it was smoked salmon. Went well on my pikelets of the moment with sour cream, mayonnaise and mint sauce as well as lemon juice.
Lovely night shot of your beautiful home. I cannot spot the slippers though. Your smoked salmon sounds so delicious that I might go out and get some ;-)
@ludwigsdiana Thanks, Diana - it was though I might have put some more mint in it to spice the whole lot up! I made so many that there should have been lots to put in the fridge to save for next day but John just couldn't leave them alone!
@happysnaps He always finishes everything on his plate usually, Valerie but in this case I had all the spikelets laid out on two large plates to help ourselves.
Your supper combination was not something I had ever considered before but it does sound tasty.
