I wanted to capture the colour of the sky through the nearby kowhai tree. And thanks to Beryl - it does give greater effect on the Black!.

I found an electric grating thingie deep in my larder. Gosh it was so good! Made cole slaw with cheese and apple and spring onion.
I have found out that if you rinse anything like this instantly, it is not difficult to clean.
