Flintstone by maggiemae

Flintstone

This cut of beef is called a "Flintstone'. It is super thick and from the really tender part of the beef. I had a corner of this for dinner and John had - almost all the rest. The remaining piece was sliced up for a salad lunch the next day. It was quite expensive but definitely worth it!
That looks delicious!

Haha. I’ve heard that called a tomahawk and a cowboy steak, but I think Flintstone describes it better.
