Saving history by maggiemae

Saving history

I spent the afternoon running old slides from the 1950s and 60s through a scanner which turned it into digital form and was able to be saved on my computer. The color is good, definition not as good as modern cameras but the only way you got a color photo in those days. Here my sister and I are doing the dishes in our holiday camping spot. My father who died in 1971, is helping. The dish water is in the plastic basin in our trailer. This photo is 1962.
