This is one side of the old Glasshouse that is gradually being renovated. I cleaned all the mould, dirt not to mention dozens of spiderwebs and paint spots off the windows. John made a solid bench/seat for putting my tomatoes and pot plants on. Also strengthened the falling down shelves that were propped up by odd bits of timber. Our cat, Caolila quickly adopted the cushion on the bench and just looks supreme!
There is still a lot to be tidied up, put somewhere else, like stacks of timber and a smooth gravel put on the floor. This is my Garden Room and it has a bookshelf and comfy seats!
@tonygig I don't ponder, Tony unless its the middle of the night! This is for taking out a coffee or a wine and sitting and enjoying the plants while I read a magazine or comment on 365! I've yet to find if it is capable of receiving wireless from inside the house!
Just my sort of place maggiemae...there is something about a room like this that makes you chill out...happy hours! Of course your cat knows the best place as they all do...she looks so sweet sitting there. Fabulous space!!
Oh my goodness I just adore your garden room! Looks like such a comfy spot to sit and relax and read. And I do believe Caolila agrees with me :) She looks gorgeous sitting here :)
@happypat This is going to be my favourite place - I will be like the cat and creep in here, sit down and talk to the plants - some might get very severe comments, though!
