Can't go through this torrent! Another shot at an area where it was impossible to go down this road. Many roads were like this. It is normally just a nice quiet little stream but with so many hills around it gathers momentum when the rains come!
@havrotb not every single year but mostly, once a year! It's all very exciting as everyone gets all worked up about it, but it drains away within a day!
@pennymilner Its nice of you to be concerned, Penny! This is just a side road and the water has all gone now. Fortunately we live on a hill - always been a priority with hubby who always talks about tsunamis!
Looks like UK a few months ago...where does all the rain come from!! Will be calving time next month too so hope weather dries up!! Brian had stood his cows off the other day, not too bad in NI though!! Keep dry!
