This is probably Kirkland's most popular sculpture.
The bronze animal duo was created by Brad Rude and is located on the corner of Lake Street and Central Way. The statue of the coyote on the back of the cow is often decorated by residents of the cities for various holidays. The statue was once removed for maintenance and the city had to set up a hotline to let people know that the move was only temporary!

The yellow sunglasses don't show up really well, but when my sister-in-law called to tell me about the bikini, I drove the 20 minutes on the freeway to get the shot.
The cow and coyote change their outfits based on the local events or type of weather.
