Old, But Still Draws Attention

I know it's a Mercury and I know it's a station wagon but I don't know the year. This neglected baby was sitting in a yard that made me think of a redneck saying by Jeff Foxworthy ... "You know you're a Redneck when you go out and mow your lawn and find two cars."
