Our weather was more than perfect. It was a special time. We used to go to Victoria once a year, then we moved to the Oregon Coast for 12 years and didn't get there. It was nice to connect with that special place. Fun to take the ferry through the San Juan Islands into Canada. Interestingly, Vancouver Island dips down below the US Border but Canada got that because it is an Island that is mostly north of the US Border. Victoria is very British.
@mamabec How interesting. I didn't know that. I have been to Seattle once, but never to Oregon. A dear friend moved to Portland and I would love to visit, but it jut hadn't worked out.
