Hearts, rainbows and polka dots...

I was feeding the wood stove tonight and noticed the heart shaped ends of the logs. We have been very fortunate this winter. We bought 100 gallons of fuel for the furnace in October and it's lasted. The five cords of wood have kept us comfortable. The fuel and the wood pile are dwindling now. Hurry up Spring!
