My worms tried to escape.

See them all up by the handles? That's where they were when I took the lid off in the morning to check on them. Further investigation revealed that it is normal for them to "crawl" after shipping. Should settle down after a day or two.

LOL - it is an ugly experience picking up the container before looking and finding out the hard way that they were there! I have done this!
