@wiesnerbeth we run some decent bread under the broiler (baguettes are the best but even regular bread from the toaster is OK in a pinch), then butter it liberally and cover with radishes and salt and pepper. Couldn't be easier. Vegetarian daughter and I are a little bit addicted.
