The deciduous magnolia is blooming

Beautiful! I saw some little magnolias blooming in the Shenandoah Mountains last week. I didn’t know any were deciduous.

@wiesnerbeth The leaves are huge. So are the blossoms. This one came from Louisiana. Gift from a landscape architect friend when we moved from there. It's taller than the house now.
