@wiesnerbeth yours was the original photo! Not sure it was as good as the restaurant version, but it WAS delicious. I used regular and fresh mozzarella.
@margonaut I had forgotten about that sandwich — it was delicious! I like the idea of using both kinds of mozzarella — putting them both on my grocery list tonight!
