Well I’m quite jealous over your batting purchase! The shop I used to work for had to declare bankruptcy over the summer. This week the owner got word that they weren’t taking any of her inventory so she had a sale for her former employees before she removed everything. By the time I got there the batting was gone but I did get some yardage for backing.
@wiesnerbeth oh no! Sorry to hear about the shop. One of my favorite shops here just closed too. You know I took a risk on that batting. It was in the basement of the house, and from the photo it could have been a hot water heater blanker. But I thought there was a chance it could be quilt batting since a quilter lived there. Paid $40 for it. When I went for pickup, it turned out to be an unopened package of Hobbs Heirloom from 2002!
