Oh no!!!! How are you feeling? My sister-in-law got the first dose of the shingles vaccine in the fall but waited for the second dose so she could get her Covid vaccine. In between the two Covid doses, she got shingles. When it rains, it pours.
@wiesnerbeth still pretty bad over a week later. The rash is beginning to heal but the pain... well, it feels like I've done too many sit-ups. And the fatigue is real. Sleeping about 16 hours a day I think. Will definitely be getting the shingles vaccine as soon as I get past this.
@margonaut I’ll be sending good thoughts your way. My mom had them also so I know how painful it is. I got the first dose of the shingles vaccine at the beginning of January. Getting my second dose of the Covid vaccine on Thursday then the second dose of shingles as soon as possible. Feel better!
