@eudora Just a little olive oil, spice blend, and parmesan cooked up in the air fryer. So good.

@wiesnerbeth you do not need an air fryer. When my oven worked I baked them on a sheet pan. Unfortunately, in order to replace the stove, I'll also have to replace all the cabinets and I'm just not up to that at the moment.

@margonaut I’ll try it. I like things really crispy. Bon Appetit had a recipe for avocado fries this month that also required an air fryer.
