Ironman Pete!

How about this for a bit of exercise on a Sunday - a 3.8 swim followed by a 180 km bike ride followed by a 42.2 km run!! This was the Asia Pacific Ironman Championship held in Melbourne. It was Pete's (son) first Ironman!
