Today is an Oxfam Reworked day so this is me chopping up a jacket.
What does that involve, it sounds intriguing?

It's a project in our local Oxfam shop where volunteers rework clothes donated that either haven't sold or have a flaw and won't sell. We chop and change the items and make them into something different or modify them to make them more interesting and therefore saleable. Good sustainable principles that makes more money for Oxfam and customers go away with unique items of clothing. It's interesting and fun. We also make up old vintage dress patterns(donated) from donated fabrics. Also knit up knitting patterns from the 1930's....shall i go on?

I love the color of that jacket.I can't believe it didn't sell. I think it is a great idea. Sounds like fun.
