This little Blue Tit appears to have a problem with his plumage. He has been around for a while, and it does not seem to be affecting him in any major way, he's still quite happily eating and flying around. He even had a partner earlier in the year. This one, or one with a similar problem, was emptying a nest box together a more normal bird. They haven't used it to breed in though.
