After a beautiful day, a nice sunset. The little tower to the right is the Trig Point on top of Helsby Hill over looking the River Mersey. A Triangulation Station to give its more formal title is a formally very useful fixed point used to accurately survey land. It is at 370 feet (110 metres ) above sea level.
