After loads of Turkey, sprouts, the whole works really, what could be nicer than a quick late night drive to the city. Driving through Liverpool city centre late Christmas night is like being in a horror movie were everybody has been sucked off the streets. Nowhere open, no reason to be there,it is just like a Ghost town. Perfect for photographing the places where people normally spoilt the view, or where the best spot to place a tripod for a long exposure is the middle of the main road. Rather difficult to do light trails though.
This is the University of Liverpool's Victoria Gallery and Museum, quite an interesting place. It has a very varied collection including the worlds most important display of false teeth.
The pink building in the bottom left of the picture looks amazing at night. It is covered in panels that change colour, all sorts of colours, fast, slow, singly or en masse in all sorts of patterns quite a sight.
@katie_anya Thank you very much Katie, hope to visit the museum early next year, I will let you know just how exciting the false teeth are. Thrilled at the thought of going there.Lol.
