These little seed heads are I think, off one of the Silver Birch trees in the garden. I found them lying on the ground all wet and soggy last week, and hung them up to dry, thinking they might be suitable for a macro shot. I think I might be able to claim double points today as not only is this for Macro March, I also remembered to take a B&W shot for B&W Wednesday. A sign of Spring in my other album today.
