ON THE STROKE OF ELEVEN

This is the tower of Our Lady and Saint Nicholas, the Parish Church of Liverpool.
Just across the road from the Liver Building, a church has stood on the spot since at least 1257AD. This tower dates back to the early nineteenth century.

The images I posted earlier in the week of the Soldiers of Sacrifice statue, were taken in the gardens surrounding the church.
