Well, another few days up in Scotland. This time in the Highlands based in Aviemore. I went in search of mountains, cold frosty weather, snow, and some of the creatures that make this place their home.
I was not disappointed.
Here is a Crested Tit deciding what to have for lunch. Almost the entire UK population of Crested Tits live in the Scottish Highlands, within the Cairngorms National Park.

@gardencat Haha, thanks Joanne. I don't know mealworms, are supposed to be a good source of protein, mixed with crushed peanuts, blended with cooking suet, it would be an energy packed snack.
