This has not been caught with his feathers all plumped up. He is like this all the time, he is a regular visitor to the feeders in the garden. He is instantly recognisable when he turns up. Why is he big, and fat ? I have no idea, but he seems quite fit and healthy and behaves like the other slimmer Blue Tits.
