NO WONDER HE'S GOING GREY !

A male Blackbird from in the garden, his face and head showing a lot of grey/white feathers.
However he shouldn't worry too much about going grey prematurely, he should consider himself very lucky.
The lack of feathers from around his neck would suggest he has has a very close encounter with a hungry Sparrowhawk.
